In December of 2022 (12/19/22-12/21/22) my apartment was with out heat or hot water. Took landlord/ management company three days to address. Once again yesterday 1/6/23 I am without heat or hot water. I’ve made two call to the “emergency maintenance live and completed a formal request for repair on their phone application. I keep being told someone will get back to me however I sense urgency in their voice or actions. I have missed a day of work in December of 2022 and now a day of work 1/7/23.

This guy driving around without an inspection sticker and while OUI. Where are police??? Today he nearly hit a pedestrian! Chicopee you need to do better before we have another fatality!

Excessive parking during school hours making navigation for homeowners, emergency vehicles, and pedestrians in area difficult and unsafe. Cars not following street parking rules. Cars parked within 5 feet of driveways making it difficult for homeowners to exit driveway quickly in an emergency. Cars parked within 20 feet of intersections making blind corners causing unsafe driving conditions. Stop lines at Summit, Windsor, and McKinstry need to be repainted. Excessive speeding and failure to stop at stop signs around 7AM and 2PM. Consider no parking during school hour signs on Windsor street for the safety of our children and students or resident parking only for neighborhood.

Please stop referring issues to police department and address the issue at hand with city. This is a daily issue.

Numerous residents have walked into metal uprights. One reported life changing brain 🧠 injury. Please correct.
