It becomes a major cut through at rush hour times due to the light at Montgomery and memorial drive only allowing four cars through at a time. Suggestions include signage of speed limit, curving out the fork like it was done over 20 years ago at James St and prospect st, making it a dead end like they did center st in Ludlow (curb and sidewalk dead end for firetrucks to still cut through), making it a one way in a direction.
