City of Chicopee MAIS

There is a women named Antonetta who lives w/her husband and is presently housing her 81yr old mother. We have found 2 dead birds, corn, peanuts, crackers, bread and all manner of rubbish in our backyard since we've moved in. Our backyards are separated by my 6ft tall fence and we recently bought the house. We were told this was a good neighborhood.

Please would it be possible for large bus and other vehicles that live in apartment building on the corner of park and west please park in empty parking lot just a few house away. It is difficult to get out of driveway, along with road only wide enough for one vehicle to pass. Twice as hard in the winter.

Trash blocking sidewalks on a daily basis.

Dog is outside & not on leash. It follows myself and my dog up the dike and my dog gets hard to control. No owners to be seen.

Have to sit in grass when tired out. All chairs locked to tables like high crime area.

We have 16 3 feet of about 7 inch diameter circular cement used for pool deck support. We have tear down above ground pool and deck. We did sledgehammer 10 of the cement and buried them. Someone told us we should ask that property tax should be lowered due to no more cement use. Just getting informed so I will know what is correct.
Another question I have is may I be allow to move my wooden fence on the right side of my house to extend my backyard space? They’re replacing the roof with no permits and not following osha guidelines and the yard os loaded with trash and scrap metal posing a health and safety risk.
