Drain collapsing, rodent, roach & mold infestation, third floor apartment not up to code

Business next door works on Mondays past 12 AM. I and my family have not been able to sleep until after 12 AM closer to 1 AM because of banging that has been caused by next door by the business it is in the middle men building but it is rented out by another company. They should not be working this late at night or this early in the morning I’m trying to peacefully sleep and they walk my dog up by the banging only happens every so often and of course it is soon as I want to sleep.

Hello I have Chicopee liquors store and the cops they are coming every day sitting in my parking lot front of entrance how to I do business I am losing business who can pay my bills please Tell them don’t coming in parking lot on business hours I m hurts ok Coming sitting and chill out Around my business it’s lot a space they never go there it’s kind of discrimination because I m Indian ????

Tenants car parked on sidewalk ALL NIGHT/DAY. Limits walking area for pedestrians. Car also parked crooked so back end hangs out. They have plenty of parking for this car. Don't want it to be a habit come winter and the road doesn't get plowed.

A red Dodge Dart has been parked in the same location on my street for several weeks now. It has not moved and it does not belong to any of my neighbors or any of their guests.
