An old man on a bike hit this 13 dale st pole and got a brain injury. I am speaking for him. Dangerous awning set up on dale st. Sidewalk. Must be removed before somebody skate boarding breaks their neck.

8 cars from 8 different states reside here. Multiple people renting single family home. Remodeled home and added deck.

When it rains, the end of Artisan street floods

Constant solicitation from homeless begging for money when the state put up a sign prohibiting this and trespassing here! Please police this!

This vehicle(Black Honda Accord) sits abandoned(belongs to 41 Melvin St, but sitting on the property line of 53 Melvin St preventing those poor folks from installing a privacy fence if they wish to do), never leaves the grass. This is deemed an inoperable vehicle, as it does not run and drive down city streets as other vehicles do, expired inspection sticker, and is a detriment to the health of citizens as a sitting vehicle makes home for rodents and small game animals. This vehicle is not safe or fit for movement on public ways of the commonwealth, therefor an inoperable vehicle, therefor it qualifies as prohibited storage of a motor vehicle of Chicopee, MA “The Code” Chapter 262 of Vehicles Unregistered and Abandoned 262-1 Prohibited Storage. As well as in violation of MA State Law of Abandoned/Inoperable Vehicle Storage + Health Code Violation. Mr Courchesne has failed to uphold his position in being a public servant and providing remedies for problems citizens find in the local community as by the other complaints. I hope to see this vehicle gone the next time I drive down that street. I hope to see quality of life issues handled with more care by our city leaders in the future as well. An absolute eyesore to say the least.

A mess of a sidewalk

There are 4 cars and a truck parked in the yard. Many of them are rusted out. I don't believe they are legally registered in this state. the House itself in in poor condition, you can see that its a fire trap waiting to happen. Please fix this, its bringing down out neighborhood.

Propert Pin and frontage

The fence in their back yard is 15-16 feet high, trees and stuff is overgrown on it and the fence is falling apart from the top of the fence.
