They then use the photos they take and post them in the Chicopee forum to bash the people they have been stalking, they must not have anything else better to do besides living with their mother in Chicopee housing where they do not pay rent and have three vehicles and are NOT ON THE LEASE and getting a free ride using the system which is sad because they work and it should be for people in desperate need and they are totally abusing the system.
