    This property has been a disaster area for months now with nothing being done. There has been a dilapidated stockade fence put up on the side of the property which is Cross St. The fence is attached to trees on the property to keep it up. The fence is a mess and is not within code according to Chicopee website. The fence was put up to block the disaster area in the backyard. It's a disaster area back there. The garage as you can see is falling a part and tarps all over the roof with occupants living out of it for several months now. As you can also see, there was a storage shed put on the property in between two side of the fence. This has been there for many months now. The entire visual of this property from Cross St looks terrible. The roof on the main house is also falling apart and full of moss and also has tarps all over it. Wondering why nothing is being done to resolve all of these issues. This view is what the neighbors nearby have to look at day in and day out. It's not right, especially because all the other homes in the area are kept up and are paying a lot more in taxes than this property owner is. In my opinion, this 1850 year old property should be cleaned out, boarded up and condemned.
