    another school year and the football team are practicing. Why do they need to play loud music on the PA system while they practice? This disrupts my quiet neighbothood. I have to lock myself inside the house on such a beautiful day. The coach should be the only voice the team should be listening to. Maybe they will win a few games this year.

    With the new school year approaching is anything going to be done for student safety with parking and parent drop offs. The abundance of students that park in the neighborhood make navigation for vehicles and pedestrians difficult. Stop lines need to be repainted as they are no longer visible and many vehicles fail to stop. Way is school administration telling parents to drop students off in neighborhood near school with no staff to monitor student safety and direct traffic. Also heavy traffic and excessive parking makes navigation for emergency vehicles extremely difficult. Please consider no parking signs for Summit, Windsor, and parts of Stebbins for school hours Monday-Friday. Or resident parking only signs.

    I go in to work for 6 each morning and see more and more homeless people sleeping in the doors of storefronts. Recently I noticed that most are gone but there is a tent under the underpass with a lot of trash around . This would not be allowed in Aldenville under the underpass why is it allowed there. What do we do for our homeless population in Chicopee?
