Neighbor down the street has not covered pool in winter, chlorinated/ run filter/ cared for pool for over two years.

The house has been vacant for some time now and the yard constantly is overgrown. As neighbors we are concerned that it makes our property values lower and it makes the neighborhood less safe. Can someone please address this issue ASAP. Thank You

Administration is telling students to park in this neighborhood. Administration is telling parents to drop off/ pick up students. Safety concerns for students and families in this neighborhood. Traffic concerns with speeding, illegal parking, failure to stop at stop signs, and dropping off and picking up students in the middle of the road with no concern of traffic. No staff sent to neighborhood to help with issues while students and parents are directed this way for the residents to deal with. No street parking for homeowners or guests during school hours because all spots are taken by students. Daily littering by students. Wear and tear on homeowners driveways from multiple vehicles turning around daily. This list goes on. How can this issue be resolved?

There is mold in the kitchen where I work and since I have asthma it is making it really hard to breathe and even work.

we have had an issue with bed bugs for at least three years and instead of hiring a good exterminator she hires the cheapest. I called and asked about this before and was told the entire unit should be done and only one apartment is done at a time and all they did was spread .W e now have them in our unit and the exterminator said he didnt find any so he did a preventive measure on three apt. needless to say they are still here and the tenant is treating them himself .P lease we need help with this matter

This property has been a disaster area for months now with nothing being done. There has been a dilapidated stockade fence put up on the side of the property which is Cross St. The fence is attached to trees on the property to keep it up. The fence is a mess and is not within code according to Chicopee website. The fence was put up to block the disaster area in the backyard. It's a disaster area back there. The garage as you can see is falling a part and tarps all over the roof with occupants living out of it for several months now. As you can also see, there was a storage shed put on the property in between two side of the fence. This has been there for many months now. The entire visual of this property from Cross St looks terrible. The roof on the main house is also falling apart and full of moss and also has tarps all over it. Wondering why nothing is being done to resolve all of these issues. This view is what the neighbors nearby have to look at day in and day out. It's not right, especially because all the other homes in the area are kept up and are paying a lot more in taxes than this property owner is. In my opinion, this 1850 year old property should be cleaned out, boarded up and condemned.

There is trash all over Cox Street blowing from the wind. It’s disgusting and needs to be cleaned up. The homeowners don’t seem to notice or care, but their garbage is all over the street.
