City of Chicopee IYO

The description of this property is false. I went to a showing last week and to begin with it says 4 car parking which is not true. This listing also advertises new roof and new electric when actually it's a patched roof and new electric boxes but old knob and tube . No railings. The property also said fully applianced and above ground pool at the showing the tenants said the appliances and the pool are not part of the listing. This property needs alot of work inside and out . The basement smells of mold and smoke. I only toured half the property as the listing was so far off from what the actual property looks like. Something needs to be done about this property and it's false advertising.

This corner of Terimar St and Raylo Ct continues to be a hazard to the neighborhood, especially school children.

This home is being advertised on multiple sites for short term furnished housing (furnished finder etc.). During my stay, there were at least 3-4 other renters and on occasion up to 8. This is a 5 bedroom home. One bedroom is taken permanently by the owners, however when they are out of town they will rent their room out. there are two other bedrooms on the top floor, which are rented to short term renters. On the main floor there is a 'massage room' and a home office. During my stay both the massage room, the office and the living room couch were rented to people needing short term
accommodations. In the basement, there are two bedrooms. Both are rented to short term renters. The main foyer of the home is in construction since summer 2020. there is no flooring, only wood and paper. This is unsafe and uncleanly. In my time there, the home was not cleaned even once. the upstairs bathroom was so dirty and covered in hair i refused to use it, opting to use the first floor bathroom, which i cleaned myself as up to 5 people were using it. the main concern is the general cleanliness of the home - there is no cleaning of the bathrooms being done or anywhere else. There is also video surveillance going on - the front door and other places. This is for 'security' as the couple has so many people coming and going. Sadly, I feel there are cameras elsewhere that are not disclosed to tenants.

Home Depot in the Chicopee plaza uses the back lot behind the store, right up again the fence at the property lines, as an outside warehouse, breaking noise ordinances/disturbing of the peace

Animal waste all over the property of Ames Privilege everywhere it's disgusting as well as sicking ! Urine and excrement stains on the carpets inside as well visual pile or two of animal waste inside the building .
