    This truck sounds like it has no muffler and is made for underwater exploration. It starts at all hours of the day and night and is lounder than anything else in the area. The owner starts the truck randomly and let's it idle just to turn it off 20 mins later. The truck doesn't even pull off sometimes. I'm inclined to believe it's being used as a noise making tool to disrupt others. There has to be a noise ordinance for this vehicle.

The bar is open again causing more congestion in the area, motorcycles drive anyway they want with no regard to their own safety or the public, cars speeding at all hours, loud music, people on their cell phones and the recreational use of marijuana.
