    This bus stop in Walmart Plaza is a total eyesore to the public of Chicopee Ma. Walmart carriages strewn all over the plaza and specifically at this bus stop and being used as benches to sit on while waiting for the bus. Perhaps the city could put in a bench to sit on? Perhaps also contact Walmart manager to collect carriages as it is a hazard for traffic in the plaza also. Thank You

    There are two mattresses, a pile of broken glass, used syringes, and tons of trash scattered near the end of the walking path by the Chicopee canal walk. It doesn’t feel safe to walk here anymore.

    With assigned student parking why are students parking in neighborhoods near school making navigation difficult for homeowners, delivery drivers, and emergency vehicles? Student drop off on Windsor/Summit.. School administrators told parents to use this neighborhood for drop off/pick up of students. No staff sent to neighborhood for student safety at these times. Many parents not stopping at stop signs, unloading of students in middle of road, speeding. Safety concerns for students walking to school. Due to this congestion if/when a student is struck by vehicle emergency vehicles will have difficulty time gaining access to scene. Please resolve these issues as student safety should be our number one priority.

    No safe walkways on street, barely visible crosswalks on street and no walking signals. Confusing traffic makes it impossible to cross safely.

    Student parking causing traffic issues making neighborhood unsafe. Parking to close to intersections, driveways, and fire hydrants. No fines are being given so illegal parking continues. Difficult for homeowners to navigate neighborhood and even more difficult for larger emergency vehicles. Who will be at fault when first responders can’t get to someone/some place in a timely manner? Will the first responders be held liable for a delayed response or the city? This has been an ongoing issue with no resolution. Consider giving fines for illegal parking. Consider resident parking only. Consider no parking during school hours. Consider 4 way stop at Stebbins and Windsor. Consider having students park in school parking lot.
