Multiple staff are now sick, along with their families. Pioneer cold has done nothing during this pandemic to make sure their staff is safe. They’re still operating and overworking the staff they do have left.

This will also attract bears, rodents etc. Bird feeders, understandable but food debris seems like a health risk to all of us in this area. -

Visable hundreds of feet away. High profile corner, right off 391. A terrible look to greet you to the neighborhood.
