another school year and the football team are practicing. Why do they need to play loud music on the PA system while they practice? This disrupts my quiet neighbothood. I have to lock myself inside the house on such a beautiful day. The coach should be the only voice the team should be listening to. Maybe they will win a few games this year.

Police harassment and following with almost accidentally firearm discharge by officers ; including faulty statements faulty imprisonment x3 times and disrespectfulmanagement posturing including the traffic cars and phone opperaters. would like a law suit and lawyers posted now.

Possible abandoned car. Green Honda CRV On Caroline Street Chicopee. Been there almost 2 weeks. Does not belong to any immediate neighbors.

My landlord is restricting me from using any heat and illegal let a person with no legal rights to my apartment into my apartment while I was home with no notice to put a lock on the heat.

Dumpster in yard again, going on three weeks. two cars by rear garage, white pickup by dumpster ,hasn't moved since last year.Three boats out back. Ongoing issue.

This home is being advertised on multiple sites for short term furnished housing (furnished finder etc.). During my stay, there were at least 3-4 other renters and on occasion up to 8. This is a 5 bedroom home. One bedroom is taken permanently by the owners, however when they are out of town they will rent their room out. there are two other bedrooms on the top floor, which are rented to short term renters. On the main floor there is a 'massage room' and a home office. During my stay both the massage room, the office and the living room couch were rented to people needing short term
accommodations. In the basement, there are two bedrooms. Both are rented to short term renters. The main foyer of the home is in construction since summer 2020. there is no flooring, only wood and paper. This is unsafe and uncleanly. In my time there, the home was not cleaned even once. the upstairs bathroom was so dirty and covered in hair i refused to use it, opting to use the first floor bathroom, which i cleaned myself as up to 5 people were using it. the main concern is the general cleanliness of the home - there is no cleaning of the bathrooms being done or anywhere else. There is also video surveillance going on - the front door and other places. This is for 'security' as the couple has so many people coming and going. Sadly, I feel there are cameras elsewhere that are not disclosed to tenants.

Employees have tested positive for COVID-19, after just leaving the warehouse/office to be tested. This employer has not chosen to shut down for cleaning, once again- forcing employees to work in the same areas as the people who have tested positive. Truck drivers from all over the country come to this facility also. Workers with medical issues are being forced to go to work or are being threatened with losing their jobs

The occupant of 50 Cross St has a beagle dog. She walks the dog and allows it to defecate on anyone's property. Once the dog defecates, she does not pick up the mess and then proceeds to wipe her dog with a tissue and then looks around to see if anyone is looking and just throws it on the ground. This is a health concern with children or anyone that may pick up things they see lying around. It is also concerning as these tissues have landed on my property from high winds. She has been talked to in the past and police called. Apparently, she hasn't learned her lesson. This is unacceptable behavior and is polluting our neighborhood. This person should be fined. What she is doing is gross and unsanitary. If you travel up to her property which is the last house on the left hand side, as you come up near it, you will see a lot of litter lying on the grass where she has just flicked this mess. Please address.
