This house put in a 2nd driveway and removed the sidewalk that was there. This property only has 1 livable building on it, therefore should only have 1 driveway and they shouldn't have been able to remove the sidewalk.

These folks are running a retail store out of their home. Buying large quantities of merchandise with coupons(that they also buy) and then posting on various social media what they have for sale. This is not a casual amount it is large quantities. Pretty sure the don’t collect tax and are not claiming this as income.

Illegal apartment

There have been several reports of a structural concern with this property over the last couple of years and not one Person has come to look. It is required that once a report is made it be investigated.

Running an unlicensed business, not collecting sales tax, not paying income tax. These folks are selling large amounts of household goods, advertising on Facebook, using coupons inappropriately to obtain items and reselling. This is a neighborhood not zoned business.

The two brothers that live at 52 Marshall Avenue in Chicopee MA, 01013 have been driving around the city stalking people and taking pictures of them and their license plates trying to act like they are cops. They then use the photos they take and post them in the Chicopee forum to bash the people they have been stalking, they must not have anything else better to do besides living with their mother in Chicopee housing where they do not pay rent and have three vehicles and are NOT ON THE LEASE and getting a free ride using the system which is sad because they work and it should be for people in desperate need and they are totally abusing the system.
