    Every night there is fireworks that go off on mckisntry ave by tenants from chicopee village. they start at 10 pm and keep going till the morning. there is bunch of used fire works on mckinstry ave near the boys and girls club fence. Please Please Please send a patrol car there, its disturbing, loud, and dangerous.

    Issue: Ongoing Hazardous Parking

    As of tonight, the residents at 37 Beauchamp Terrace are once again allowing guests to park illegally and dangerously in the travel lane, continuing a weekly pattern. These vehicles are parked on the street in a way that narrows the driving lane significantly and creates a serious safety hazard, especially at night. This area is not designed to accommodate that kind of congestion without obstructing through traffic.

    Despite a prior complaint filed and forwarded to the Chicopee Police Department in April, the behavior continues, and it poses a recurring risk of head-on collisions due to reduced visibility and lack of room for two-way traffic.

    This ongoing issue needs to be addressed more proactively. Enforcement action (such as ticketing or towing) would help ensure compliance and restore safe conditions for all drivers on this street.
