Unsanitary Fluid from truck leaks on road!

There is someone living in the van on this property. This is not safe especially in the cold & hot months.

Multi families living in one single family home. Yard smells like poop from not being cleaned

Speeding in a heavily child populated neighborhood

Not certain if this is a concern for the Mayor, City Council, Fire, Police or all the above but I have noticed that the panhandlers at Walmart have begun to grow in numbers. I have also noticed that the rear of Walmart has a large number of people living there like its their own city or dumping ground. I think the issue needs to be delt with because it's out of control.

Pioneer Cold Storage has refused to close to follow proper cleaning of the buildings after 2 employees have tested positive for Covid-19. Employees are still required to go into work, and have to use their own personal or sick time in order to stay home. Today, Monday April 27, 2020 they handed out masks to each employee to “band aid” the problem.
