There are multiple storage units that are being used as auto repair shops and do not have facilities, Most days they are there working for most of the day and without a restroom the outdoors is their option, they continue to use the area at the end of the building as a restroom and this area is attached to two other properties and it is starting to smell.
I have asked a few of the people to find another place to go but I am often ignored or get sworn at.

Repeated Safety/Health Issues for 2 years, Chicopee Housing Authority has been contacted on phone and in writing by several tenants and government social workers, also Chicopee Police Department, DCF, and post office supervisors were contacted regarding related crimes from this apartment by multiple tenants, visitors, and social workers, some residents attend public housing meetings to discuss issues. Nothing was done regarding any of the issues from any entity involved and they continue and create increasing safety issues. The Housing Authority states that these tenants have “a right” to do all these things and to address the situation would be "discrimination" or otherwise ignore the reports.

Between 1am-5am on Monday through Friday, Specialized CARRIER INC. continuously has excess noise from loading/unloading trucks and vehicles that engine brake within 200 meters of a residential neighborhood. This issue was brought to the business in which resolved the issue for only one week. If the business is unable to keep the noise to an acceptable level during the late night and early morning when people are normally resting then they should not be able to have operating hours during this time. This affects the health of the children that live near by and the lively hood of all residence near by.

Drain clogged on corner of Summit and Windsor. Water collects in street during heavy rain and winter melt due to storm drain being clogged.

Graffiti recently appeared on new concrete retention blocks under the high tension wires. This graffiti can be seen by cars coming up the hill on Buckley Blvd. These are large turf markings that should be removed before they entice more to appear.

Chicopee Vet office. 100 years old. Pan handlers. Dark alleys. No parking. Cross street from parking lot a 59/60 chance of being hit by auto / automobile / texting ect in American soil

Mayor view office almost impossible to visit. Move office to alderman office.

Wow way to go with these individuals at 37 Beauchamp Terrace they seem to throw a party every single week and they choose to have their guest park like this in the road for several hours of the night in a way they should be cited and towed away. This parking seems very dangerous, they’re not leaving the lane unobstructed it should be wide enough for passing traffic, good way to cause a head on collision.
