    My neighbor at 122 4th Av. consistently parks his car in front of the fire hydrant. He also has a soccer net covering the hydrant. As far as I know he has had one ticket already. I don't dare try to bring this up to him, but I know I'll just be met with a "mind your own business" attitude. I would hate to be th one have a house burn down because the firefighters couldn't get to the hydrant.

    House has many structural damage. Holes in exterior walls of house. Squirls entering house through holes. Looks like a lot of stuff in the buliding. Some boarded up windows. Should be condemed. Many small children playing in this area.

    Parking to close to fire hyd And less then 20 ft from corner can not see around truck when at stop sign must pull out in to intersection to see beyond truck
