Trash/furniture has been piling up months on end. City notified/request sent and health department notified as well. Owner comes around 1st of the month and picks up not one piece of trash. Building infested with roaches due to uncleanliness. Trash/dumpsters are an eye sore to this neighborhood. DPW could not collect trash from dumpsters pictures due to improper management/waste etc. this is a fire hazard and health concern. Something needs to be done with this filth. Please help. I know this would not be tolerated in other surrounding neighborhoods. We as a community do not want it on ours. Thank you.

The constant problem of vehicles being parked in a manner that blocks driveways and roadways is not only inconveniencing residents but also posing a significant hindrance to emergency vehicles and other essential city services.

It has become increasingly challenging for emergency vehicles to navigate through the streets due to the indiscriminate parking habits of some residents. This is putting lives at risk and delaying crucial responses in times of emergencies. Furthermore, city vehicles are also facing difficulties accessing certain areas due to the lack of proper parking regulations.

I urgently request that the city enforce a strict one-side parking policy on residential streets to ensure that emergency vehicles can pass through unimpeded. Additionally, I propose that curbs be painted yellow in areas where parking is strictly prohibited to deter offenders and ensure clear pathways for emergency and city vehicles.

By taking these measures, we can greatly improve the safety and efficiency of our neighborhood while maintaining the smooth operation of essential city services
