Hello,
The sidewalks were redone on Henry St. about 2 years ago. The contracting company incorrectly pitched the driveways causing cars to bottom out when exiting the driveway. The city confirmed the pitch of driveway was done incorrectly for the entire Henry Street. Some have been corrected. However, mine has not been corrected which causes scraping and damage to my undercarriage when exiting driveway.
Can you please send somebody to correct the problem?

At least two of our neighbors vehicles that utilized on-street parking have been leaking oil or other automotive fluids on the street in spaces primarily in front of 55 - 67 Plymouth Road. Please spread some absorbent material to help mitigate the issue. If cars are parked in these spaces when you come, you can leave some at 57 Plymouth Road (I can provide a bucket if needed) and I will spread it when the spaces are empty.

Is anyone going to put the final asphalt layer on Willard Street before winter? They never came back and I'm betting the plows will rip it up this winter.

The noise from 8 Rockland Ave #1, Malden, MA 02148, is more than 70 dB in the evening due to the bad air conditioner. People around the neighbor can not sleep at all.

I am currently sending a request for the city to do an inspection on my neighbors fence. The only fire escape available for use in my backyard is currently being blocked by my neighbors tree. This morning I had an emergency where I needed access to my backyard but I was not able to access it due to my neighbors tree blocking the entryway . I am legally blind and stay at home a majority of the time, so to have this tree blocking my fence puts me in grave danger. If someone can come out a do a safety inspection that would be greatly appreciated.

This past summer the city repaved the street (all of Swan Street and 86 Elwell). Not sure when this happened because of the snow.
The driveway is separating from street

please explain why you have a snow feature in your app if people are allowed to throw snow into the street. I don't understand why we have this if you don't do anything about it.

Fence is too high in the corner, you cannot see cars coming on the crossing Winter street, this height fence to the corner is illegal, its against code. How many requests do we need to submit to get them to fix it so WE can be safe when trying to come out of Autmn st and not get into a car accident because you can't see the cars coming!!!

contractor renovating that house keeps working after hours, constant hammering and noise coming from that house after 7pm all the way until 10pm. Can anyone help with this? Thank you.

A question, please - are there any plans to resurface Bayrd Street? The street is in terrible disrepair.

My father-in-law purchased his home on Bayrd in 1979 and tells me that it hasn't been resurfaced during his time there.
