Is the plan for this pile of junk/rotten 20 year old wood (plus newly added items) to just let overgrowth grow over it, furthering habitats for rats and rabbits? Also under these 2 tarped areas? All overgrowth along every bordering fence (4 properties are affected) of that yard should be removed regularly. Rabbits and rats are back of course. There are city ordinances set regarding properties like this to prevent nesting of animals of all kinds. Please fine or provide assistance to home owner as this current state is not acceptable. More pictures are available if need be.
