    The horn player is driving the neighborhood crazy. You can hear it at least two blocks away. This is happening outside on a tarp-covered back porch for all to hear, and random times all day and evening. This should really be done INSIDE.

    Apparently the parking lot of 180 Byron (that WAS the backyard of 11 Byron St.) was designed by a 5 year old as cars are constantly blocked in, then the owners, wanting to leave, honk their horns until someone comes and moves… this has to stop.

    Do we have laws about loud Motorcycle noise at mid night?
    This motorcycle back about 12:25 AM last night with loud exhausts.
    Can't tell how bad you got wake at midnight and could't sleep again.

    Saw the other ticket for fencing. The house on the northeast corner of the intersection of Autumn and Winter has a really all fence that obstructs view of oncoming traffic when you are making a turn from Autumn Street to Winter St. I believe fences should come down to 3 feet if too close to street corners. Not sure if it's just outside the triangle of where the straight lines of the curbs meet, but it's really hard to make a turn from Autumn there. Can someone check? Thanks.

    Why was a speeding sign installed on the down hill side of Walnut St? If because of the school a better location would be anywhere on Cross St. people brake coming down the hill, not speed up.

    It would appear as though the home on the corner of Trueman Dr. and Central Ave has become an overflow for a car dealership. Multiple cars parked on property appear to be for sale as well as cars with no plates periodically parked on street. Not sure on city ordinance, but it appears to be associated with car dealer down the street.

    The telephone pole in front of my home at 23 Silver St. appears very old and is leaning toward the street. The wood appears to be deteriorating and have several long cracks in it. Number on the pole is 2207

    Every weekday at 5:15 am a car is remotely started on the street and the noise is enough to shake our windows four houses down. It is an aftermarket exhaust causing this noise. There are noise ordinances but how do we go about reporting these?
