There is an apartment with a smoke alarm going off the last 4 hours. This happened all last summer at almost all hours of the day. Please come down to the area and notify the apartment owners to take care of this. It's extremely annoying!

Wanted to report that on 2/21/26 the recycling truck came through on Wentworth Court. street. However, they picked up both the trash and the recycling in the same truck. The truck number was 2819. I do have a picture if its needed. I was troubled by this as I expect the recycling to be recycled not thrown in the trash. However, this leads me to believe that the provider actually isn’t recycling and may just be taking advantage of the city.

There is rodent activity around dumpster that has not been addressed.

the garage gate breaks often and when it does no access into the garage or out of garage it available. Residents call emergency maintenance but nothing is done. It’s a fire hazard they seem to not care about, it happen quite often.

Is there a way to put no parking on both sides at the end of Waite st going onto maple wood st ??? All traffic comes down Waite st in the AM blocking residents from turning onto Maplewood st

There appears to be people living or staying in the ball park across from 89 Pearl. A few days ago in the afternoon I saw a male and female walking away from the bench with blankets and large backpacks. Then this morning I saw multiple blankets on the benches but I did not see any people

A lot of drivers use this side street as a shortcut to/from Route 1, which means that a lot of speeding occurs through the area. This intersection has poor signage and it is a blind curve due to cars parking along the sidewalk. Please make this area a roundabout. This would result in cars driving slower through the area and it would give better visibility to drivers.

For two days now, the city said they were going to do construction on our street and we have not been able to park on the street between the hours of 7AM-5PM. And for two days, there has been absolutely no construction happening. It’s a huge annoyance to all the residents who are unable to park on the street while a bunch of nothing happens. I get delays happen, but we were given notice on the 16th. There’s no reason why we shouldn’t have been notified of a delay as well. It’s just another poorly managed project on James Street.
