    This property has been abandoned for years. The grounds are overgrow inviting rodents into the neighborhood. People dump trash in the back yard. The neighbor kids use flashlights at night and chase the rats around the yard! Please do something about this property for the sake of the neighborhood.

    Once again 36 Elwell Street is a bad eyesore. Seen animals running through high grass. Also, big pieces of wood in front of house and one is on the street. This property has been reported before and they cleaned it once. Now it’s back to the same old situation. A big mess.

    The surrounding yard, including in front of the house & sidewalk, is overgrown with grass and weeds. It is a prime location for all kinds of wildlife (i.e rats, snakes, raccoons, skunks, possums, etc). Please have the absentee landlord remove all the overgrowth and "maintain it".
