    As is the case every year lawn is overgrown and owners need to be reminded. Property is starting to look like a junk yard. One car with expired inspection sticker was brought into neighborhood by ramp truck and parked on lawn now for about a month. Please ask owners when the lawn is addressed to not use gallons of weed killer to eliminate the overgrown grass/weeds. The weed killer is bad for the environment and the children that play in that yard.

    Cars fly up & down Elwell St. and this is basically the sidewalk area to not be walking in the street. Seems like the houses on either side of this overgrowth, do not want to take the initiative or responsibility of trimming it back & cleaning it up a little. Its near vz pole 3600.

    this abandoned house has lots of weeds and branches growing into the sidewalk. it makes it hard to walk there and the weeds are catching trash and holding it to rot there on the sidewalk.

    Is the plan for this pile of junk/rotten 20 year old wood (plus newly added items) to just let overgrowth grow over it, furthering habitats for rats and rabbits? Also under these 2 tarped areas? All overgrowth along every bordering fence (4 properties are affected) of that yard should be removed regularly. Rabbits and rats are back of course. There are city ordinances set regarding properties like this to prevent nesting of animals of all kinds. Please fine or provide assistance to home owner as this current state is not acceptable.
