    Resubmitting this issue as "other" because the DPW and engineering department never acknowledge traffic light issues, there are at least 6 open tickets for this intersection in the last few years reporting the same issue with no responses. Hoping the mayor's office can help, see below:

    There is something wrong with the stop lights at this intersection, just sat through 3 cycles of green for Main st/pedestrian walk/ green for Main st/ pedestrian walk/ green for Main st/ pedestrian walk before we finally got a green for Exchange Street. There were not actually any pedestrians pushing the cross button throughout any of these cycles. And then of course the Main Street traffic was blocking the intersection anyway when the light did finally turn green for Exchange Street so only the left turn lane could go anywhere. Please fix this intersection.

    I take my kid to Green Street Park often and the bald man who lives in the grey house at 8 Wadsworth St is always blowing his leaves into the street. I thought this wasn't allowed? Thank you.

    For two days now, the city said they were going to do construction on our street and we have not been able to park on the street between the hours of 7AM-5PM. And for two days, there has been absolutely no construction happening. It’s a huge annoyance to all the residents who are unable to park on the street while a bunch of nothing happens. I get delays happen, but we were given notice on the 16th. There’s no reason why we shouldn’t have been notified of a delay as well. It’s just another poorly managed project on James Street.
