178 Savin Street Malden, Massachusetts, 02148 - Malden Ward 3Two times a week at around 4:30am a 'Waste Management' trash pickup occurs in a residential area. It loudly drops the trash dumpster, many times, echoing throughout the nearby area. It wakes me up every time it occurs. I live in a home nearby and me and other neighbors are frustrated about it. This used to happen and was resolved but there seems to be a new dumpster and perhaps a new pickup company and now it is happening again. This is happening on the lot of Malden Family Health Center (Hallmark Health) at 178 Savin Street, Malden, MA 02148 to the left of the lot facing from the street. Is there anything to help this pickup start at a later time in the morning? Taking a look on the Malden Noise Ordinance website, this noise sounds like it should be starting 7am and on.
