OtherOtwarte12 Pierce St Malden MA 02148, United States - Malden Ward 5There is an apartment with a smoke alarm going off the last 4 hours. This happened all last summer at almost all hours of the day. Please come down to the area and notify the apartment owners to take care of this. It's extremely annoying!

OtherOtwarte12-12a Magnolia St Malden, MA 02148, USA - Malden Ward 7Someone is going around setting trash barrels on fire. As a result I have to purchase a new barrel and now worry that when putting my trash out, it might be set on fire. Which can cause more of my property to go up in flames as well.

Dangerous pole OtwarteBoylston St & Ferry St Malden, MA, 02148, USA - Malden Ward 7This thing has been slowly rotting away for years now, it's only a matter of time before it falls, hopefully not on someone or something. Maybe it can be removed before that happens?

787 Salem Street Malden, Massachusetts, 02148 - Malden Ward 6In the response it was said “ The process during a situation like this is to allow voting to continue to take place using a locked auxiliary bin to hold the ballots in the meantime of fixing the machine. The auxiliary bin is guarded by a precinct officer and once the machine is working again, the precinct warden will run the auxiliary ballots through the tabulator accordingly. As a voter, the options in a situation such as this are to either trust the police and election officials to perform their duties with integrity or to remain at the polling location, following state law for poll observers, until the machine was fixed and then watch the warden as they inserted all auxiliary ballots into the tabulator.” I agree wholeheartedly that things happen, although rare. That wasn’t my issue. My issue was that I was not allowed to wait with my ballot until the machine was fixed or replaced. I also would like to mention that the ballot bin where I was told to put my ballot was NOT locked. It was wide open with many ballots inside. I think better training of the poll workers and law enforcement overseeing the voting needs to happen. Next time I will know better and remain.

Severe Noise Pollution #2Otwarte69 Cross St Malden, MA, 02148, USA - Malden Ward 1Someone revving a motorcycle/motor mike was circling the neighborhood all last evening, well into the early hours. This problem arises whenever the temperature is above 40 and has been going on for years. It appears to be the same person year after year. Have reported it numerous times. PLEASE assign someone with the power to finally arrest this person--or at least ticket him--to park until goes by in this location this evening? Enough really is enough. Can we please this before we have to endure another spring/summer/fall of having to endure this every day?

a junction box size about 18 inches by 3 inches by 8 inches is hanging by about 4 feet of wire attached to the wire on one end. It is about 12 feet up. Needs to be secured by both ends and swaying eliminated before it saws through its single mount. -
OtherOtwarteTrueman Dr @ Central Ave Malden, MA 02148, USA - Malden Ward 8There are several cars that drive up and down the street that are painfully loud. the exhaust systems must be above the legal noise limit. they drive up and down during the day and sometimes late at night. I am a Veteran with lousy hearing and I wear hearing aids. It literally hurts my ears when they drive by. is there something you can do? like post a cop and give them a ticket? everyone in the neighborhood complains about it. Thank you

Mystic valley garrick santosOtwarte6 Lebanon Terrace Malden, MA, 02148, USA - Malden Ward 6
This has gone too Far!
The Garrick santos company is here almost every day. They were just here at 645 am again on a Saturday morning! I cant get any sleep. They are always violently waking me up.
I have spoken to the school snd through text messages they keep making excuses and telling me that it wont happen again and it keeps happening. Happy to share those with you. I am sick right now and need rest but i cant get any rest when i am violently woken up in the morning. Nearly every day by them.
Something has to be done. They are 100% breaking the by laws every time they are here. You are the only one who can do something to stop this craziness and torture.
As a malden taxpayer, American citizen, and home owner this is uncalled and has gone too far.
I am requesting a meeting with you the chief ,mystic valley property manager, and the garric, Santos company. We need to stop this. It’s been 5 years! With no change and this is unfair to a living breathing human.
Please help and do something. I am desperate for a solution.

OtherOtwarte73 Warren Avenue Malden, Massachusetts, 02148 - Malden Ward 7There has been a white van parked on the odd side of the street, at the top of Warren Ave., corner of Upham St. that hasn't not moved in weeks. It's also still parked during this even side parking and this snow storm so plows can't properly clear Warren Ave. Can something be done about this? A ticket, tow? Others cars parked on the odd side of the street got ticketed but I didn't see one this white van.

OtherOtwarteUpham St./ Warren Ave Malden, Massachusetts, 02148 - Malden Ward 7If I wanted to report a video/license plate number of a plow truck blatantly not properly doing their job and then getting stuck, who/where is the right person/place to send it?

OtherPotwierdzone397 Ferry St Malden, Massachusetts, 02148 - Malden Ward 1
Republic services is leaving trash barrels in the middle of the street and tossing them instead of placing them back to the sidewalks or out of the road. I was lucky that my nest camera caught the barrel being left in the road and notified me so that I could have a neighbor move it before it got hit. I understand it's after a heavy snowfall, but there is no excuse for leaving people's barrels in the roadway for plows/cars to hit.
The city needs a new contract.
