    Can you have the problem property owner of 18 Vernon Street completely rip up and throw out all Overgrowth, junk, murky/muck filled barrel (bugs, smell etc) etc from white neighboring fences. The bordering Neighbors have this property's overgrowth growing through our fences. Also, a complete eyesore from neighbors upper deck view.. fence does not hide it. Maybe they can move it all to the other side of their house that is hidden. Also please notify to stay on top of the grassy patch of lawn bordering driveway that is their property to maintain (along with their back and front lawns). We are doing power washing, painting and trying to do summer projects and request this be taken care of.

    City Leaders wake up and do something. The people that manage this site do a fantastic job but it is a daunting task and they should be using their skills and energy for more important issues. Let’s start with city property: sidewalks impassable and covered with weeds /bushes creating a tripping hazard and become impassible for those with disabilities or elderly. Homeowners: many yards unkept throughout the city. Grass not cut, bushes/weeds growing over sidewalks and up to the 2nd floor of their houses and general lack of property upkeep. This is not limited to rental units but they are a big part of the problem. Lack of property upkeep leads to health issues as our city sees an increase in rats, trash all over the place, and other animal nests and dens, flies and mosquitoes Something needs to be done citywide and this site cannot solve the problem without city officials taking this out of control issue seriously and deciding to create a plan of action with appropriate resources allocated. Please pass this on to the appropriate city leaders and thank you for your help

    Can we please get an update on the open See Click Fix #14104936 at the location. It was originally reported on 2/22/23, last action from Health Department was 2/27/23. The complaint is still open and the place is still a mess. Can you please get the Health Department to please do their job and get this property cleaned up

    This resident is allowing their property to fall into disrepair. The backyard is full of trash which cannot even be seen in this picture because the grass and weeds have overgrown the entire area which is providing rodents a natural cover to roam free. Also, from this picture you can see the overall structure of the upstairs back porch is in violation of safety codes as it is falling apart. Lastly, right above this dilapidated porch is a gaping hole that leads into the attic that a family of squirrels has now made their home, which could in the future lead to wire damages within the home and potentially cause a concern for a fire.

    On June 7 two requests were sent to have #56 & #66 Glenrock Ave mow their grass and cut bushes. Today is June 27th. Nothing has been done so far. Please look into this issue. Thanks
