    Beltran St and Lyle St - When will the double poles on Beltran Street be removed? The one at the corner of Beltran St and Lyle St will be a problem when it snows since there is a mound of sand piled up against it. Just up Beltran St is another one. The sand around it is missing and there is a hole. In the winter when it is covered with snow, someone will trip into it.

    I have contacted the Leasing Office/property management for the past 3 weeks reporting multiple mice in my unit in building 181. Staff continue to report placing us on list for pest control for nothing to happen. Maintenance came today and was unable to do anything because they still have not placed steel plating down, which is reportedly a contractor duty. Maintenance disclosed this has happened mutiple times over the past 2 weeks across the complex.

    It looks like someone hit the electricity pole opposite prospect terrace today. Knocked off the cable cover and the cables are exposed…which could be damaged. Unsure if they are.

    Sounds like an alarm of some sort; I cannot tell exactly where it is coming from, but it seems to be in the vicinity of Beebe Junior High, or possibly behind the UU Church. It's been going on for many months; I mostly notice it at night. I can hear it *inside* my apartment, which is half a block away. A few months ago, I pointed it out to a police officer who was parked behind the UU Church. She acknowledged hearing it, but I do not know what actions she took, if any. It's still beeping!
