City of Malden PLUS

New tenants at 37 Spring Street ignoring trash and recycling rules about using Malden trash bags. Please provide informational leaflets to the tenants. Landlord lives out of town so does not inform tenants of Malden regulations.

On Neal st, on the right side of the street there are rocks and trees that have slowly started to move and come down. There are long tree branches as well. There is no barrier that blocks them from going into the street. The other day after the rain, a big rock fell from up the hill and almost hit me and my dog. With the rain, wind and the possible snow that we will have, those rock will start coming down eventually. It’s a hazard to the neighbors that walk there and also all the cars that drive by there.

When ever will the walkway stairs and ramp going to the C B C Garage be repaired?
Is there not enough money to do so while endangering anyone going up and down?
I have posted several times and NADA.

The light switch in the auditorium of the Senior Center has been broken/missing for months. The lights have been on the entire time, wasting money. This should be a 10-minute job.

It would be nice if the median strip on Pleasant Street at Commercial Street intersection could get some plantings, as so many other other median strips around the city have. Also, this one is quite hard for drivers to see at night. Thank you.

There are a pair of sneakers hanging from the electric wires or some kind of wires in front of 32 Waite St. Can they be taken down?

There is a 24/7 beeping noise that can be heard on other streets monitoring their illegal dirt driveway. The beeping NEVER ENDS. Going on 2-3 days now. I dont think this is a police issue but Nelson lets them get away with everything considering all the illegal activity thats been happening for years there.

Please ask REPUBLIC to tell their employees to place trash carts back on curb or sidewalk after emptying them. Several (both trash and recycle bins) were left down at edge of street along Broadway today where they can easily be blown into traffic by wind or vibration of trucks and damaged or possibly cause traffic issues!

There's a flowering plant growing among the bushes on the corner of Jackson and Center Street alongside the parking garage, which I'm pretty sure is a highly poisonous flower called jimsonweed/datura. It can be very dangerous or even fatal in small amounts, and it's at a height that dogs could get into it pretty easily, so I thought it was worth putting in a request

Handicap Button does not work from outside coming in + inside going out. I reported issue to BOA over a month ago. It is still not fixed. BOA Representative said he reported it to their Landlord last month. Landlord said work will be done. Needs fixing asap. Report this issue to Malden City Hall for followup. Thanks.
