Public nuisance and outside of noise ordinance regulations. Publicly available permits don't indicate company's acknowledgement of those ordinances.

I have been hearing a steady beeping starting around 11 am and it is ongoing (currently it is 9 pm). It is 3 beeps in a row in sets of 5-6 or more. I thought it was a car alarm but it's been going off for more than 8 hours. It sounds like it is north or northwest of the intersection of Clifton and Cedar St.
