    The surrounding yard, including in front of the house & sidewalk, is overgrown with grass and weeds. It is a prime location for all kinds of wildlife (i.e rats, snakes, raccoons, skunks, possums, etc). Please have the absentee landlord remove all the overgrowth and "maintain it".
