    This property is a mess! There's overgrowth everywhere. Can the Board of Health or someone speak to this owner to hire someone to clean it all up. I've lived up in this area since 1994 and now all of a sudden due to this house, we have tons of dirty pigeons everywhere and they roost only on this house and more than once I've seen dead pigeons on the street and sidewalks. Not sure what is going on with this property but something needs to be done. It's terrible and unsanitary due to all the pigeon droppings and dead pigeons. There has never been a pigeon in this area until this property has let its house deteriorate. So please look into this.

    The tree is a nuisance weed, it grew up in the same spot as the intended shrub that is dead in the same location. The landscaping agreed upon did not include trees that would shade the yards . This tree is behind 34 and 44 Oliver.

    This tree is a hazard. You can't see pedestrians walking while pulling out of Main Street Park. It is on a property that is maintained by a management company for 1-7 Main Street Park. Can you please contact them and ask them to either trim or remove the tree? Package trucks are also scraping it trying to pull out to Main st.

    Two weeks tomorrow and nothing has been done at this location. Who is responsible to clean up this mess? This city sidewalk is heavily traveled by school aged children who go into the street to bypass these weeds.
