Rediculous. They continue to dump their trash in the back yard.
Two couches at end of driveway. Reported multiple times before.
Does it matter that most people have pride in their property and that houses like this decrease the value of the neighborhood.

Suspicious activity at property currently on sale and put on market. Random strangers coming in and out of property with luggages or bags on daily basis; not sure if being used as a hotel or other type of activity. Lately, there has been an influx of strangers at property and not for purpose of looking at home for sale. Usually, there are random different cars (personal and commercial) parked at lot in back of house.

People are dropping off and picking up kids at this house everyday. Is this a certified daycare?
  • 36 Elwell St Malden, Massachusetts - Malden Ward 6
Is it possible for either the tenants or the landlord of this property to be notified to fix the railroad ties in front of their house. I'm assuming they were hit & damaged by the snow plows this past winter. They are scattered and in disarray.
Thank you for looking into this matter.
  • 61-67 Crescent Avenue Malden Massachusetts - Malden Ward 4

This rental property has, for at least the last 5 years, used their backyard as a dumping ground for household and construction debris. It does not appear to be the tenants who are at fault but the owner of the property should be contacted to clean it up.

A few of the large items were removed during some recent construction but most are still present as of October 2018.

well over a dozen cars parked up and down the street again from the two car dealerships at the bottom of the street. this is a daily occurance.
  • 63 Crescent Lane Malden, Massachusetts - Malden Ward 6
This property has apparently gone from being a single family home to a rental property with multiple tenants. Since it's been a rental, the trash barrel is often uncovered or insufficiently secured, so that by morning animals have strewn garbage around, and neither the tenants nor the landlord pick it up. It appears the landlord is somewhat absentee. A side issue is there are now several cars associated with the property, making driving and parking on this narrow dead-end street even more difficult than before.
  • 73 Lanark Road Malden, Massachusetts - Malden Ward 5
73 Lanark Road is parking on their front lawn. Is this allowed?
  • 72 Glen Rock Avenue Malden, Massachusetts - Malden Ward 3
Work at 48 Glen Rock Ave for 2 parking spots on the property has been on going for months and months. Is there no inspection of the work done thus far? The cement sidewalk and curb cuttings were not done properly, the sidewalk itself has been impassable for all this time and now workers have paved right to the street. It looks like @#$% . There are no corner stones and the old curbstones are on the sidewalk. Shoddy work all the way around. Are there no replacement requirements, i.e, cement from street level including common side walk area? It is truly a blight on this street. I have complained before about hours of work. Paving took place from 6 pm to 8:30 pm last night. Please inform me if there are codes for this type of work.
