    Please restore pavement on the southbound lane of Broadway. There are general potholes and cracks including around manhole or other utility covers. This seems to be a problem area and can create loud noise and or house trembling for area residents... especially from heavy, speeding vehicles (including tractor trailers, vans, vehicles towing a payload).     Car hit guardrail again probably because of the awful dip in the road because of the sewer manhole that is not flush and down too far. Sections of Broadway, Eastern and Centre street NEED to be redone because the deplorable conditions are ruining the suspension on vehicles. Who pays for this……..we do of course and it is uncalled for. Taxes should be helping take care of this and is inexcusable! Our vehicles have to pass a yearly inspection to drive on roads and the roads are junk. Any competent person could drive down these MAIN ROADS and declare them NOT PASSABLE!! Who’s responsible?
