bike riders are causing a havoc in the neighborhood. They are traveling up the RR tracks. They are traveling up from the RR beds. They are coming through the pathway and bypassing the jersey barriers. They are ripping up the new pavement. Resident would like to speak with the street supervisor.

Wants reflective signs or something marking the island and someone to take care of the weeds they planted in the island.

Owner is pumping water into the street. Causing ice in the road.

Black Pond Ln saw 1 plow pass during the recent snow storm and no salt/sand. please send a truck for salt/sand application and be sure city plows since this is a public street.

On-line submission. Reported as a pothole. Possibly a trench.

Resident reports that the trenches at 282 Washington Street have sunk. This causes shaking of his whole house. The trenches are depressed approximately 3 inches. Would like someone to take a look at and repair.

The end of the driveway needs repairing. The crew repaired the neighbors driveway.

Resident called to report road defect due to construction. She stated that she was driving on Bay street where the road was milled. On area was significantly deeper than the others. It was unavoidable and she ended up damaging her vehicle.

Resident requested the Street Supervisor to address issue with the contractor.
