This poses a serious public safety issue to the dog, pedestrians, and motorists, including likely being in violation of the City of Taunton's Chapter 191-2 General Legislation regarding the "leashing of dogs; running at large".

    the trash bins right in front of my window. These bins frequently overflow, creating an unsightly
    and unsanitary environment. As a result, there has been a noticeable increase in rodent activity
    in the area, which poses significant health concerns for my neighbors and me.
    Despite my repeated requests for assistance from my landlord, who is responsible for
    maintaining the property and ensuring a safe living environment, I've been informed that she
    feels unable to act. She stated that the overflowing trash does not violate city regulations,
    leaving me and my neighbors frustrated and helpless.
    Given the escalating problem with pests and the potential for further issues, if the situation is
    not addressed, I am formally requesting that city officials address this matter. I believe it is
    essential for the city to ensure that public sanitation standards are upheld and that residents
    can live in a clean and safe environment. Thank you for your attention to this urgent matter.

    My neighbors dog is getting annoying

    There's a resident who lives in one of the units at 66 Main Street (entrance is around the corner on Cedar Street) who keeps leaving dog feces all over the sidewalk outside of 7 Cedar Street next door. Happens daily. I don't know his name, but he's about 5'10, white, mid to late 20's bushy hair, often wears a hat or hood. The dog looks to be a Boston Terrier but is all/mostly white.

    He's been confronted and asked to clean up after his dog but nothing has changed. He often pretends to not speak english when, in fact, he does and I have witnesses who can attest to this. Can something be done ?
