    We have had an ongoing issue of residents feeding animals, the property management has done their part of trying to control this manner but unfortunately it still continues Unfortunately it has become a problem of not only feeding stray cats but bringing raccoons and foxes close to the buildings and we have an extreme active coyote pack in the back woods We do have rules in place that we are not allowed outside pets

    leaving me and my neighbors frustrated and helpless.
    Given the escalating problem with pests and the potential for further issues, if the situation is
    not addressed, I am formally requesting that city officials address this matter. I believe it is
    essential for the city to ensure that public sanitation standards are upheld and that residents
    can live in a clean and safe environment. Thank you for your attention to this urgent matter.

    There's a resident who lives in one of the units at 66 Main Street (entrance is around the corner on Cedar Street) who keeps leaving dog feces all over the sidewalk outside of 7 Cedar Street next door. Happens daily. I don't know his name, but he's about 5'10, white, mid to late 20's bushy hair, often wears a hat or hood. The dog looks to be a Boston Terrier but is all/mostly white.

    He's been confronted and asked to clean up after his dog but nothing has changed. He often pretends to not speak english when, in fact, he does and I have witnesses who can attest to this. Can something be done ?
