    I have been listening to these people every summer scream and yell about everything and everything

    Sheila and her friends are constantly on the front porch, constantly swearing and talking about drugs and drinking in front of the children of the neighborhood.

    Ive even heard her friends speak of stabbing someone (right before writing this actually)

    They are a disgrace to this neighborhood and make this block a disgusting place to live.

    I urge CONSTANT surveillance of 477 Third Street, they are constantly getting into trouble, and have even had drug raids on their house...

    1262 Brayton Avenue Fall River, Massachusetts - Fall River
    Reporting a heavy chemical odor on route 24 that extends for a quarter mile to a half mile from approximately Brayton Ave. to exit three split onto Route 195. I have driven to and from work every day for over a week (Aug. 18 - 26, 2014) and the smell has not abated. Odor is heavy particle, making it difficult to breathe. Wind force or direction does not seem to change the intensity or location of this noxious odor.

    The stop and shop on rodman st has not shoveled at all forcing people to walk in a lane of traffic.

    The fire department at 1010 Plymouth ave. Has not shoveled their sidewalk properly forcing pedestrians to walk in the streets or thru mud and bushes. It is ridiculous that this citys role models are so lazy they can't shovel a proper path for their citizens. It is a high FOOT traffic area for students of all ages.

    I have written numerous complaints about the dumpster on this property for the past year. The tenants of this building continue to throw furniture and trash on the ground surrounding the dumpster drawing rodents and stray animals to it on a daily basis. As of now a moldy couch, tables, Christmas tree, rugs, food and trash are all over the yard. The trash also continues to blow onto the surrounding neighbor's yards, who like myself, own their properties and are doing their part to pick up this city - we shouldn't have to pick up this dilapidated property as well . This landlord seems to have zero oversight on his buildings. Can someone please contact this absentee landlord and have him address this issue once and for all before a rodent infestation starts.

    Dumpster behind 138 Peckham street is left open 24/7 and trash has littered not only that property, but surrounding properties as well. Rodents have also been seen climbing in and out of the dumpster. Tenants also are just throwing their trash on the ground when dumpster is full.

    Trash left on the side of Wilson Road for a month. Please remove the trash and trim the weeds / small trees along the sidewalk.

    The sidewalk on the corner of cross and orchard street is covered with Dog excrement. You can't walk on the sidewalk because of the disgusting mess. It is unsanitary and a health hazard for children in the area

    There is garbage everywhere behind this building (148 Peckham) from the dumpster - a dumpster left open 24/7, which in turn is littering surrounding properties with bottles, diapers, and food refuse. It is extremely disturbing and disgusting. The tenants are throwing their trash on the ground when the dumpster is full. I know from speaking to other neighbours there have been multiple complaints about these apartments, but nothing is being done. It is an absolute embarrassment to own a property near this rental. I speak for all the neighbours when I ask the city to please take care of this issue.
