I am writing to formally report a situation in my neighborhood that appears to violate local zoning regulations.

At 115 Chester St in Fitchburg, the occupants are operating what appears to be a mechanical repair business out of their garage. The property is located in a residential zone and is regularly being used for vehicle repairs and mechanical work.

This activity has resulted in various individuals coming and going, gatherings around the property, increased traffic, and vehicles being brought in and out for service. This situation is disruptive to the quiet enjoyment of the neighborhood, which has traditionally been quiet, and raises concerns regarding compliance with zoning, safety, and environmental regulations.

As this area is designated for residential use and not commercial activity, I respectfully request that the City investigate this matter and take any appropriate action to ensure compliance with applicable zoning ordinances.

Recio Auto Body regularly operates well outside normal business hours and is a nuisance to residential neighbors. Loud pressure washers running on a Sunday afternoon can hear through my windows which are now closed, despite the beautiful day. They often will have motorcycle engines revving as well which are impossibly loud. Please enforce the zoning regulations on Culley St, residential neighbors do not deserve this.

Original Garaged converted into a livable space. A built new fence all the way to the street blocking visibility on neighbor's driveway to back-up, on a curb street spot.

There are people living in this trailer on the property. There is an electric cord running to it.

Rooster and chickens, disturbing neighbors' peace of sleep.
