    Their owner Mathew “Saint” Racine is running around robbing people and setting them on fire with lighter fluid. Just found out today these dogs died in that house in the past six months with no notice to anyone they were failed horribly by animal control last year when he was allowed to keep these poor animals starved and left to die and suffer in their own feces .. he’s also hanging out with Brandon iglesias who has a gun and richard Hendrix that’s what they’re using to rob people currently. I’m pretty sure he dumped their bodies behind the house towards the river call it a premonition please find them and stop them before they hurt anyone or any more animals.

    Insufficiently restrained, aggressive dogs behind too short a fence, never attended by owner. I walk by here with my dog and these dogs go crazy, nearly clearing the fence, which sways back & forth like it could come down, even if we're on the complete other side of the street. We'd love to avoid the route altogether, but the whole neighborhood is filled with irresponsible dog owners, so we never know which street has the biggest threat of an off leash, aggressive dog. UGH!

    there is constantly a small Chihuahua like dog that is off leash outside in the Streets and barks and nips at passersbys. this has been going for years. it gets worse when people walk their own dogs nearby the dog will bark them out of the area. the dog is very territorial of the street corner of Holman and Cedar streets. Many cars have almost hit it, many have stopped to try and find an owner, until it runs back inside the yard of 261 cedar St.
    I am worried about the safety of the dog, and the other people and pets in the neighborhood.
    a permanent solution needs to be taken to have to dog off the street.

    It's 8:55 pm and the dog at 102 St. Joseph Ave is outside barking again. This makes no sense why these people are allow to have a dog in the first place. Constant barking from the large dog all day & night. It's in an open cage in this heat they should not be allowed animals.

    Barking is natural for dogs, but sometimes barking can be a thing of excess, which can lead to frustrated owners, neighbors & the dog. 102 St. Joseph people allow their large dog to bark excessively. It disturbs the neighbors as well as this is stressful for the dog. This is animal abuse and these people should have their dog taken away & not just fined.

    49 Arlington Street is continuously letting their dogs outside without a leash. One is a male brown pitbull and the other is a female black pitbull mix. Neither dogs are trained and do not come in when the owners call them. The brown one is an intact male and not friendly. He is also known to jump out of the first floor windows in order to go after other dogs. Both dogs are a nuisance!

    My daughter recently moved into the house next to this property and it seems to be severely infested with pigeons and mice. I’m assuming from the immense amount of trash around the outside of the property that the inside must be worse and it’s effecting the surrounding properties and well-being of the residents in the area dealing with all of the poop and feathers everywhere
