The worn/lacking/insufficient berm on Norval Ave hasn't fixed itself. The original ticket recently (?today) got canceled by someone in the department because it was an "old" request. Duh. Old request = no repair was ever done. Undermining from rain runoff remains a problem. City street. Two good potholes up top at intersection with South St have been retorted separately. The lack of repair of the berm has over the years created a growing pothole where the 50 Norval driveway intersects the City road. Please advise.

Erosion along roadside at the corner of Williams & Ashburnham Hill Roads (northern end of Williams.). A berm or other water flow remediation is needed.

Storm water runs into this driveway, causing damage. It's noted that the roadside sinks towards the driveway creating a funnel. Video of storm water behavior is available if needed.

The burm at the corner of St. Joseph Ave and Daniel St. Is completely destroyed and non existent and this has been reported several times to the city it is now causing erosion of the road in this area and something needs to be done about it.

I have already been approved for over two years for a berm to be in place and again my yard is ruined again and is now showing unknown exposed pipes.

I have been noticing crumbling pavement around the street as I have been raking leaves this fall. Well, I think the road berm has been slowly crumbling over the past years, but has now given way to major flooding in my front yard. The curbing along the Hawes street side from the corner of blossom street up to the top of Hawes has sank significantly over many years during significant rain / melting events the rain is going over the sidewalk into our yards. in some extreme cases that water is coming through driveways and flooding through street level windows and doors
