Numerous pot hole on streets

large pothole near the manhole, could cause damage to the manhole cover if not fixed.

The road is all torn up from the plows and is being washed away by the rain can you please send someone to assess the road

SEVERAL HUGE POTHOLES DOWN HIGH ROCK ROAD

2 very large pot holes in front of 137 Summer Street fairly close to intersection. Dangerous for motorcycles because they can be hard to see as they speed through the lights as it changes.

Pothole could take out someone's tire. Road is very rough at this part.

I hit a pothole tonight after First Baptist church heading towards rotary. Got home thankfully, but now have a flat tire where AAA will need to be called in am.

I have multiple potholes in the street on the edge of my driveway that i need filled so that the part of the street is level with my driveway.

We have a 2 year old daughter and don't want her or my wife to trip and break an ankle because the road is poor shape.
