loose gravel is covering much of sidewalk across about a hundred feet of sidewalk ending at the southbound 131 stop on Grove and faxon. makes it kind of slippery.

Corner of marimion and country club rd the sewer grate has completely rusted through to where it needs to be replaced. Can push through with my foot

Sidewalks crumbling and have been ripped by plows. Also tree roots have made the sidewalks so uneven that they are unsafe to walk.

Incorrectly applied “yield line” marking, and in wrong location

There is a large crack in one of the support posts for the play structure at the Lincoln playground for the older children.

Can this cross walk be repainted and proper signage added to ensure that drivers stop for pedestrians? Also the cross walk is not at the curb cut.

This is a google street view from Sept 2018 and it is significantly worse. I have had drivers not stop for me when I am waiting at this crosswalk at least 3 times in the last month.

As this crosswalk is between a children's park and the Pine Bank park it is pretty heavily used by pedestrians. The next nearest cross walk to cross this street is at Lebanon and Forest.
