Stray AnimalBuksan502 E El Centro Blvd Panama City Beach, Florida, 32413 - Panama City Beach
Residents at 502 East El Centro Boulevard have been creating a serious and ongoing feral cat problem for years. They continue to feed feral cats and allow their own cats to roam in and out of the garage, where they are breeding with the feral population.
Every year around this time, litters of kittens begin appearing in the streets at night, and it is happening again now. Despite several reports in the past, the issue has not been resolved, and the situation is worsening.
Neighbors have repeatedly witnessed residents from this house placing food and water outside for the cats, fueling rapid growth of the feral population at this property and across the street. Immediate action is needed to stop this from escalating further.
