torn up sofa on neighbors property and roadside in subdivision

broke pool is disassembled by curb and just needs discarded please.

Water heater and lawn furniture need to be picked up
Also should I take them to the curb now or you will provide a date

I am the owner of the park and I am trying to facilitate a pick up for the entire park to make it easier for both your side and my side
There is a variety of couches and appliances that could be thrown away throughout the park
I would just need to know the date so I could inform all tenants

Brush and vines have been cut.

At the "X" mark there is a culvert blocked and when it rains floods walking path and road This culvert goes under the road to the other side which also appears to be blocked

guest called and said that the ditch in front of his home is still full of water from the recent rains. it does not ever recede. he feels the sewage lines are blocked. He stated the standing water is now coupled with really foul smelling water ( like sewage). he is not sure if anything can be done about this as the smell is unbearable.
