    This trash complaint is in conjunction with a complaint for 327 Derondo St. Both properties are managed as 1 joint short-term rental that shares a back yard between them. When excess trash at 327 Derondo was discussed with property manager, their response to us was that they wanted us to file a formal complaint - see screenshot of communication included with the complaint for 327 Derondo St. Since that communication it has come to our attention there is also excess and overflowing household trash at the conjoining property of 326 Tanaga.

    This water accumulates at the intersection of Derondo St and Front Beach Road. These is currently 5.5" of standing water causing two issues, car that enter the water and want to retreat (coming south on Derondo) and people who turn north onto Derondo from Front Beach and do not see the water, and then want to reverse onto Front Beach. This has almost caused several accidents for drivers and pedestrians.
    We have already had one recent death of someone crossing the street at this exact intersection.

    guest called and said that the ditch in front of his home is still full of water from the recent rains. it does not ever recede. he feels the sewage lines are blocked. He stated the standing water is now coupled with really foul smelling water ( like sewage). he is not sure if anything can be done about this as the smell is unbearable.

    am requesting a Code Enforcement inspection for my apartment located at White Sands Luxury Apartments 302 Cabana Blvd Panama City Beach Florida 32407 Apt 2113

    There is significant mold growth throughout the unit, particularly in the AC vents, ducts, and on the ceiling, caused by unresolved leaks. Despite multiple maintenance requests, management has failed to properly remediate the problem.

    The mold has already caused health issues for several tenants, including headaches, sore throats, breathing problems, and heart-related symptoms.

    Due to these unsafe and uninhabitable living conditions, I am requesting that Code Enforcement inspect the property and document the violations related to leaks, moisture intrusion, and mold.
