A water pipe in the lawn at the front edge of this property frequently discharges water directly onto the sidewalk. The water runs down the sloped sidewalk, around into the street, and down the catch basin. This creates a year-round problem for pedestrians, and a significant danger in the wintertime, when the water freezes and creates icing on the sidewalk. Pedestrians are forced into the street. This issue has been previously reported on ClickFix and has been marked as "resolved", and the report has been closed. The only evidence of this being addressed is the orange cone placed in front of the discharge pipe. The issue is ongoing. Is there another department that this needs to be reported to? Thank you.

Hello, starting the week of October 7th, I noticed the water pressure in a few rooms in my home is noticeably lower than usual. Specifically, we have noticed a pressure drop in our kitchen faucet. Is there work being done at my home location that could be causing the issue? If not, can it be looked at to assess what may be causing the issue? My address is 349 Great Plain Ave. Needham.
